Things You Should Know

  • Minimum age of 5 years
  • Minimum age of 10 years to paddleboard and kayak
  • Complementary water activities are subject to the weather conditions, and no refunds will be provided for cancellations or limited availability of water activites
  • All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Total time in the water swimming with the dolphins is 40 minutes
  • Life vests are provided and required to be worn by all guests
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to enter the water
  • For the safety of the dolphins, guests will be asked to remove all jewelry and items such as cameras, hats, glasses, sunglasses, or other items that can be easily removed.
  • Recommended that guests bring their own towels, biodegradable sunscreen, and cash/credit card for extra purchases, such as souvenir photos
  • Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart, neck or back concerns
