Notice: Effective August 28, 2023, the Port of Palm Beach Terminal will close at 3:30pm for embarking passengers. Passengers arriving after 3:30pm will be denied boarding and will constitute a "no show," subject to the penalties and fees outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
The Port of Palm Beach Terminal will open at 10:30am on embarkation day.
Please do not arrive before this time, as there will be no terminal staff to assist you, and you will not be able to park or valet your vehicle.
There are several local attractions within walking distance that you can visit to enjoy Riviera Beach before you arrive:
Rafiki Tiki Restaurant (5 min walk)
Peanut Island Shuttle Boat (5 min walk)
Please arrive during the following scheduled times according to your cabin/stateroom number. You will find your cabin/stateroom number on your original booking confirmation, sent to the primary email address on your reservation.

Arriving prior to the times listed above will result in longer check-in and wait times prior to boarding the ship.
Guests will be welcome to board the ship after the vessel has been cleared by Customs and Border Patrol, and embarkation times may vary due to factors beyond the control of the Margaritaville at Sea team.
Guests holding VIP packages with priority boarding (License to Chill, Faster Chill, etc.) will board first.
Then, groups will be called by Muster Station assignment, which will be located on your stateroom card.

Prior to August 28, 2023 the Port of Palm Beach Terminal closes at 4:00pm on the day of embarkation and no guests will be permitted entry after this time. Guests arriving after 4:00pm on their sailing date will be denied boarding and such denial will constitute a "no show" cruise cancellation, subject to fees as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
