Orlando, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2025) – Margaritaville at Sea is charting a course for more carefree fun with a variety of exciting new experiences and upgrades aboard its maiden vessel, Margaritaville at Sea Paradise, sailing from Port of Palm Beach. In addition to reimagined dining and beverage experiences, including fan-favorite venues from the line’s flagship vessel, Margaritaville at Sea Islander, guests will enjoy new entertainment, ports of call, and enhanced terminal processes beginning in late March 2025.

“This exciting new lineup of guest experiences on Paradise will match the fun and energy of the new destinations we’re charting this year,” said Anthony Stice, Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for Margaritaville at Sea. “Whether it’s a two-night getaway or a long weekend escape, we’re ready to welcome guests with refreshed dining, elevated cocktail experiences, and unforgettable entertainment.”

Dining & Drinks

Once on board, guests will discover all-new and refreshed dining and beverage options with upgraded menus across each outlet, as well as distinct, venue-specific secret drink experiences.

  • Hemisphere Dancer Craft Spirits – The Islander’s much-loved craft spirits bar debuts on Paradise, where guests can reflect on the day’s adventures with carefully crafted cocktails in a cozy, leather-bound piano lounge. Fans of the line will recognize favorites like the Mile High, featuring Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Filthy black cherry syrup, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters with a wow-worthy smoked finish.
  • Far Side Sushi – Also making its way to Paradise is Far Side Sushi, an all-new specialty dining option in a sophisticated, bamboo-accented space featuring a diverse menu of inventive sushi rolls, small plates, and rice and ramen bowls for all dietary preferences.
  • Frank and Lola’s – The cruise line’s popular pizza outlet will now be inclusive for all guests to enjoy as part of an upgraded experience at the Port of Indecision Buffet. Guests can expect handcrafted pizzas with familiar favorite flavors, as well as a rotating menu of seasonally inspired specialty varieties.
  • License to Chill and 12 Volt Bar – Guests looking to quench their thirst poolside can head to the updated License to Chill and adults-only 12 Volt Bar. In addition to all-new menus, guests will enjoy renovated spaces, including License to Chill’s reimagination as a Key West-inspired beach bar, complete with ping pong and billiards in relaxed Margaritaville style.
  • JWB Prime Steakhouse – A signature Margaritaville favorite, the upscale steakhouse will feature an upgraded menu with wine pairings and seasonal specialties while still maintaining the elevated, personalized service highly praised by guests.

“In addition to our popular trips to Grand Bahama Island and Key West, we’re sailing to Nassau from the Port of Palm Beach, giving our guests another option to enjoy all the great enhancements we’re introducing aboard Paradise,” said Christopher Ivy, CEO of Margaritaville at Sea. “Sailing on Paradise captures the same fun and escapism, now with even more outstanding food, drinks, and entertainment, making it a perfect introduction for first-time cruisers and our loyal returning guests.”

Entertainment

Paradise will debut all-new live entertainment featuring exciting new artists in every corner of the ship, so guests will always find their perfect slice of paradise.

Adding the stop in Nassau led to the new Sail and Splash: Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau Excursion. This exclusive partnership gives guests sailing on Paradise priority access to the breathtaking resort, including the Fins Up! Water Park, creating a seamless, start-to-finish Margaritaville island escape.

Other Improvements

In addition to general stateroom enhancements, the team is making the overall travel experience even smoother. Margaritaville at Sea has partnered with the Port of Palm Beach to significantly expedite the arrival and debarkation process. The port has added advanced facial recognition technology for guests carrying U.S. Passports, along with new parking options, including self-parking and valet. The proven shorter waiting periods and earlier boarding times make the trip to and from Paradise a breeze.

During Margaritaville at Sea’s Best Sail Ever, through Feb. 17, guests can book the newly reimagined Paradise for 60% off all itineraries with 3rd and 4th guests free, plus onboard credit to sip, savor, and take in the exciting new enhancements.
