FOR THE MARGARITAVILLE AT SEA ISLANDER:

As of the latest advisory, Margaritaville at Sea Islander is expected to arrive at Port Tampa Bay on Monday morning, October 14, 2024, at approximately 11:00am to begin guest disembarkation.
This means that, based on best estimate, embarkation procedures will run on a two-hour delay versus normally scheduled processes. Please plan to arrive at Port Tampa Bay two hours after previously scheduled arrival windows, with first arrivals beginning at 12:00pm.
For example, if your arrival window is 11:30am, please plan to arrive at 1:30pm. You can confirm your arrival window by logging into Cruise Control with your Booking ID and the primary guest’s last name.
It is our crew’s goal to provide a safe and expedited arrival and embarkation process for all guests. You can help by arriving at the requested arrival times, which will help to minimize waiting outside the terminal, and making sure all guests in your sailing party have their travel documents easily accessible.
If you cannot find your scheduled arrival time, please plan to arrive no earlier than 1:00pm. Please be advised, terminal operations close at 3:30pm, and no guests will be permitted to enter the terminal after this time.

As a result of Port Tampa Bay’s reopening protocols and the corresponding vessel traffic, Islander’s pre-scheduled day of arrival into Port Tampa Bay has been delayed until Monday, October 14, 2024 at approximately 12:00 pm ET. Debarkation should begin shortly after.
As a result of this delay, the October 13 sailing aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Islander will now depart Port Tampa Bay on Monday, October 14, 2024 and sail the following adjusted schedule:
- Monday, October 14: Depart Port Tampa Bay
- Tuesday, October 15: Day at Sea
- Wednesday, October 16: Cozumel, Mexico
- Thursday, October 17: Day at Sea
- Friday, October 18: Arrive Port Tampa Bay
Furthermore, we have been advised that channel navigation may only occur during daylight hours, meaning that embarkation procedures will be delayed on Monday, October 14. We will provide further updates once arrival time has been confirmed with the port operations team.
If you need to adjust your reservation as a result, please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 814-7100 to make alternative arrangements.
Additional details will be emailed to the primary guest on the reservation within 1-3 hours of this notification. If you do not receive an email with further instructions, please check your "spam" folder.
FOR THE MARGARITAVILLE AT SEA PARADISE:

Due to ongoing operations management by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Port of Palm Beach, Margaritaville at Sea Paradise will arrive later than normally scheduled this morning, Friday, October 11, 2024.
As a result, the embarkation schedule for the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise is running on an approximately 2-hour delay on Friday, October 11, 2024. Guests are advised to arrive at the Port of Palm Beach no earlier than 1:00pm.
Times provided are estimates based on currently known information and are subject to change. The arrival, terminal operations and departure schedules are under advisory of the U.S. Coast Guard, the Port of Palm Beach and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.
